Return Policy

Sakhi hopes you never have to return anything but in case you do feel so we would be happy to serve you, in case of a return we request you to send a detailed mail to Support@SakhiFashions.com within 2-3 days of receipt of the product. We will then send an update, if the return can be accepted we will mail a confirmation together with a return authorization form, this form and the mail will explain the procedure to return the product(s). If the reason of the return is due to mistake on our side, we promise to refund the price of the returned products.
Please be noted that refunds will take 3-5 working days to be processed from the banks. Please realize that the time taken is towards the bank's processing and not just to initiate the refund, which we would do promptly. Any undue delays from the banks that we foresee, would be communicated to the customers promptly. Refunds can be processed only through the same channel  as the payment’s been done and cannot be interchanged with any other mode. For refunds of cash deposits, we initiate a cheque refund which would also take 3-5 working days to process.
    • You may now proceed to send the package back to us. Its best you communicate any reason for exchange immediately, once we confirm you may send the creation back to us, it must reach us within 7 days for Domestic delivery and 30 days for International delivery must be send in Gift Mode only.(Date considered is Date of Delivery)
    • SakhiFashions is not liable to pay the return shipment charges or any duty charge that may apply.
    • Exchange / Return product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and un-customized i.e no saree finishing package must be added to product.
    • If the product does not reach us within 7 days for domestic and 30 days of Inernational Shipement from Date of Delivery, product is not eligible for return.

RETURN BY COURIER MODE

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your Debit / Credit card / Net Banking / PayPal account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

Please use the original shipping box and packing materials.

We will deduct Rs.200 (for domestic delivery) from your order refund for return postage if the same is borne by Sakhi Enterprise. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The Rs.200 fee does not apply to gift returns from a gift recipient. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. In case of International returns if package reaches Sakhi Enterprise and we incur a cost then it will be deducted from the return settlement amount.

RETURNING A GIFT

Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a SakhiFashions.com coupon code. You will receive an e-mail notification once we receive the return package which will explain how you can redeem the coupon code in your next online purchase at SakhiFashions.com.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, in case it has been shipped we will be unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received in our system.
